Fabricated and assembled wearable fluid-flow sensors in a cleanroom environment.
Operated fabrication equipment, including an e-beam evaporator, plasma cleaner, and MLA 150 maskless aligner.
Inspected devices during and after fabrication to assess structural integrity, consistency, and functionality.
Documented fabrication procedures to support reproducibility and process reliability.
